Compare each 32-bit integer with the overlapping 64-bit integer, and set the corresponding predicate bit in (3) to (2) == (1), setting flags based on the resulting predicate.

Compare each 32-bit integer with the overlapping 64-bit integer, and set the corresponding predicate bit in (3) to (2) == (1), setting flags based on the resulting predicate.
